Follow in the footsteps of Romain, the winemaker and founder of Domaine Fluhr-Ohlenburg, and set out to explore a vineyard where nature has reclaimed its rightful place.
At the entrance to the Vallée Noble, stroll with him through his steep vineyard plots and discover a biotope preserved through biodynamic viticultural practices. Here, there’s no mechanization: every task is done by hand, in close harmony with the vines and the natural world. As you wander through the rows, take the time to observe the microfauna and microflora that inhabit this vineyard and chat with Romain about his philosophy and vision for the winemaking craft.
To round out the tour, savor a few of the estate’s natural wines while strolling along a row of vines and discover, in your glass, the full expression of this unique bond between people, the land, and the vines.
